1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 pound bacon (cooked, drained, and crumbled)
4 hard boiled eggs
fresh mushrooms, sliced
sunflower seeds


2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp, dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil

Break spinach into pieces.
Arrange spinach, sliced onion, crumbled bacon, slices of eggs, mushrooms and sunflower seeds in layers

Blend dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Cover tightly and chill.

At serving time, toss salad with dressing.
