1 pound stew meat or steak, cubed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 can Campbells tomato soup
1 soup can water
3 cups potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 carrot, peeled, sliced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in 1 tbsp oil in Instant Pot or Dutch oven. Add remainder of ingredients. Cook in Instant Pot for 45 minutes and let pressure decrease naturally. Or cook in 350 oven in covered casserole for an hour. Can also be cooked in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
