4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked for about 5 minutes
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
2-1/2 cups milk
2 tsp dry mustard
4 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz Velveeta cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. In same pot, melt butter, and stir in flour until smooth. Pour in milk and cook until thickened. Add in cheeses and then mix in macaroni. Season to taste, adding salt and pepper as desired. Macaroni can be served as is, or it can be poured into 13x9 pan and baked with 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
