preheat to 350º
grease 9x5 loaf pan

1 orange
2c all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c chopped cranberries (fr or fro)
1 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1 egg beagten
¼ c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grate rind & set aside; squeeze juice & add water to make ¾ c.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt,
& orange rind. Stir in cranberries.
Whisk egg, butter, juice. Stir into flour mixture.
Spread into 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake 50-60 min.
Let cool in pan for 10 min, turn out onto rack, let cool.
