1 C shortening 1/2 t baking soda
1 C sugar 3/4 t salt
2 eggs 2 3/4 C flour
1 t vanilla

cream shorting and sugar
beat in eggs and vanilla
chill 3 hr
roll out and cut
bake 375 for 5-10 min
