Lemon Bars Recipe

3 eggs 1/3 C Butter
1 pkg. lemon cake mix Confectioner's sugar
1 C sugar 1/4 C Lemon Juice
1/2 t Baking Powder 2 t grated lemon peel
1/4 t salt

Heat oven 350
Mix one egg, butter, and cake mix until crumbly
Reserve 1 cup pat remaining in an un-greased 13" x 9" x 2" pan
Bake 2 eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt, lemon peel, and juice until light & foamy
Pour over hot crust.
Sprinkle with reserved crust mix
Bake 15 min or until golden brown
Sprinkle with reserved crust mix powder sugar
cut into bars
