1 8-oz pkg spaghetti, cooked
1 10-oz can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz Velveeta cheese
1 pound chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz whipped cream cheese spread, softened
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 cups Pepper-Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook chicken breasts in 6 cups water for 15 minutes, or until tender. Remove, cool and shred. In same pot, bring remaining chicken water to boil and add spaghetti noodles. Stir frequently. Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes. Add in Rotel, Velveeta, soup, cream cheese and yeast flakes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle grated cheeses over the spaghetti. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese has browned. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
