1 lbs. ground beef
cup dry bread crumbs
cup milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1 tsp salt
tsp Pepper
tsp dry mustard
tsp ground sage
tsp celery salt
tsp garlic powder
tsp barbecue sauce
Rolled biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, cup milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and seasonings. Shape into eight 3-inch patties; place in ungreased oblong pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake until done; 20 to 25 minutes; drain. Top each patty with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce.
