Ingredients: 5 lb bag of potatoes (Yellow are the best) 4 celery stalks 1 large onion 1 &1/2 cups half & half 1/2 cup flour 2 TBSP onion salt 2 TBSP celery salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup bacon bits

Directions:Peel potatoes and cut into pieces (wash them please)
Place onion, celery & all spices in blender with a cup f chicken broth. Puree. Then pour this in the kettle with the potatoes. Fill with water well above the potatoes.
Boil until the potatoes are soft. (DO NOT DRAIN THEM)
The mix the 2 cups of half half with the 1/2 cup of flour with a whisk. When mixed add this directly to the potato mixture. stir frequently on medium heat. It will thicken. If its too thick, add more half and half until it thins to how you want it. If its too thin...mix 1/2 cup half and half with 1/2 cup of flour and whisk in.
If you want you can add the cheese and bacon in at the end (I add what I put in the ingredient list)
