Hamburger Biscuit Bake Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 slices American cheese
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup Milk
A hint of thyme
A hint of marjoram
A hint of chili powder

Cook beef and onion till meat is brown. Drain fat.
Stir in cheese, miracle whip, parsley, thyme, marjoram, and chili powder.
Combine biscuit mix and milk; stir until moistened.
Turn out onto floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times.
Divide dough in half; roll into two 8 inch circles.
Press one circle into well greased 8 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch dish
Spread meat mixture over biscuit and top with second biscuit.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
