MEAT MIXTURE
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
16 slices American cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
4 Tablespoons Parsley
2 hints of thyme
2 hints of marjoram
2 hints of chili powder

BAKING MIX CRUST
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk

EASY CRUST VERSION
1-2 cans of biscuits/crescent rolls
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beef and onion till meat is brown.
Drain fat.

2. Stir in cheese, miracle whip, parsley, thyme,
marjoram, and chili powder.

BISCUIT MIX CRUST VERSION:

1. Combine biscuit mix and milk; stir until
moistened.

2. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 8
to 10 times.

3. Divide dough in half; roll into two 8 inch
circles.

4. Press one circle into well greased 8 1/2 x 1
3/4 inch dish

5. Spread meat mixture over biscuit and top
with second biscuit.

EASY CRUST VERSION:

1. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with
biscuits or cresent rolls. Flatten
biscuits/cresent rolls to make one flat
surface.

3. Spread meat mixture over biscuit/cresent
roll dough

4. Top meat mixture with canned
biscuits/cresent rolls

Bake at 375º for 20 to 25 minutes.
