Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

1 Cups Chicken Broth
2 cans of chicken
1/2 t oregano
1 small onion
2 T tomato Paste

2 Cups tomato sauce
1 t hot sauce
1/4 t cinnamon
2 1/2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese

Pre heat over to 275
Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven
bring broth to a boil
place chicken in broth and boil for 3 min
Add tomato paste, spices, salt to mix
set aside

combine all sauce ingredients and heated through
Remove tortillas from oven
place chicken mixture and cheese in tortillas
Pour hot sauce over enchiladas and top with cheese.
But in oven o Boil for 5 min
