Manicotti Recipe

1 package (8oz) Manicotti noodles
1 3/4 Cup (15oz) ricotta cheese
2 Cups (8oz) mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 Cups (28 oz) spaghetti Sauce

mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.
Fill pasta tubes with out cooking with cheese.
Make sauce with 1 cup water and heat to a boil
spread a thin layer of sauce in a 13x9x2-inch dish
arrange pasta in a single layer in the dish
pour remaining sauce over pasta
cover with foil
Bake 40 min at 400
Remove foil and bake 15 min longer or until hot and bubbly
