Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken breasts
2-qt (8 cups) water, bone broth or chicken broth
3 cups flour
1/2 cup water (approximate)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup heavy cream or half-n-half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in large pot in about 8 cups of water. Add 1 Tbsp salt to the water. Cook chicken approximately 15 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken from water and let cool. Add yeast flakes to water and keep it at a simmer. Shred chicken. Meanwhile, mix flour, salt and pepper together. Stir in water slowly until you get a dough that comes together in a ball. Dough will be sticky. Working with one-third of the dough, roll out as thin as possible onto a floured surface. Cut dough in strips with a butter knife. Add dough to simmering chicken broth on medium heat. Add all strips of dough in bite size pieces until done. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are done. More water may need to be added. Stir in heavy cream, and add more nutritional yeast flakes if necessary. Chicken bouillon can also be used. More salt may also need to be added, to taste. Serve hot with buttered rolls or biscuits.
