1/2+ lb halibut
1 c white wine
1 tsp salt
bread crumbs
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c chopped red onion
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wine and salt and marinate fish for at least an hour, best if all day.
Drain fish on paper towels.
Dip both sides of fish in bread crumbs, place on greased baking dish.
mix mayonnaise, sour cream and onions and spread over entire top and sides, sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.

Bake at 500º for about 20 minutes. Should flake easily
