1/2 pound mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 large onion
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T flour
1 C Milk
dash nutmeg
minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
clean and slice veg layer and cook 15 min in preshure cooker
another pot mix flour and oil with mix over low heat gradually add milk produce thick sauce stir continually
add veg sauce, add nutmeg and parshley, add water to disired consistancy. Serve
