1 6-1/2 oz canned crab
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 - 1 c finely chopped celery
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 c mayonnaise
1 envelope Knox gelatin (see directions)
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 8oz pkg cream cheese

Garnish with sliced cucumber, lemon slices
Serve with crackers or bagette slices

Heat soup and cream cheese in a microwave until cheese is melted enough to mix well with soup. Stir until smooth.
*Dissolve Knox gelatin
Add balance of ingredients (except crab) along with gelatin and mix.
Fold in crab. (Make sure pieces of crab are small enough to be dispersed evenly)
Put in a MOLD and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Un-mold, serve with parsley and crackers.

*Knox gelatin: sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 c of cold water in a small pan, stir and heat over medium heat until dissolved and almost boiling, about 3 minutes
