1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken, turkey, or ham
1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
6 slices (¾ oz. each) proess American cheese
1 cup bisquick baking mix
¼ cup margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Grease oblong baking dish, 10X6X1½ inches. Layer chicken and broccoli in dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over broccoli. Arrange cheese slices on soup mixture. Mix baking mix and margarine until crumbly; sprinkle over cheese. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices if desired.
