6 hard-cooked eggs or 12 depending on how many you want to make (Double recipe if using 12 eggs)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Paprika for top when deviled eggs completed

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes, rinse in cool water and peel
Cut eggs in half lengthwise
Remove yolks carefully and place in a bowl
Set whites in a deviled egg plate, they hold 12 halves
Mash yolks with a fork
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
Refill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly
Sprinkle with paprika
Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until served

I place a small bowl turned over in the middle of the egg dish before I cover it with plastic wrap so the eggs don't get smashed. When ready to service I turn over the bowl and fill with olives or anything else you want. Or it can be removed if you don't want to serve the eggs with anything on the plate.
