8 medium baking potatoes
⅔ c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
10 bacon strips, cooked, crumbled
4 green onions, chopped, divided
c. butter
⅔ c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done. When potatoes are done, cut in half and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp with butter, stir in sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Reserve c. crumbled bacon for topping. Fold in remaining bacon, 1 c. cheese and half onions into potato mixture. Transfer mixture to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, onions and bacon. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
