6 - 8 peaches, peeled and sliced OR
2 - 3 c. raspberries
2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar

CRUST
1 c. flour
c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine fruit, cornstarch and sugar. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. For crust, combine flour, egg yolks, butter, baking powder and sugar. Fold in egg whites. Spread over fruit. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes until fruit is bubbly and top is golden.
