1 cup diced apples
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp sugar
2⅓ cups flour
5 tsp baking powder'
½ tsp salt
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine apples,.nutmeg, cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar. In large bowl sift together 4 tbsp sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. In small bowl combine melted butter, egg and milk. Add to flour mixture, add apple mixture. Stir just until moistened Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 400º 20 minutes or until done
