2-3 bags of coleslaw mix
1 medium yellow onion, diced

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, prepare the coleslaw dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, black pepper & cayenne
2. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw & mix-add salt and pepper to taste
3. Chill for at least 2 hours
