Scones:
1 qt. buttermilk, warm
2 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. oil
½ tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
6-8 c. flour

Honey Butter:
2 c. honey
4 cubes butter
1 sm. bottle marshmallow cream

Directions:

Scones:
Combine the warm buttermilk, and yeast; let sit until bubbly. Mix with everything else and let raise 1 hour. Roll out for scones and fry in deep fat.

Honey Butter:
Mix honey and butter with mixer until blended well. Then mix in marshmallow cream. Store in fridge.
