2 cups sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
½ cup water
¾ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
2 cups raw peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup, water and salt together until it thins a thread (hard ball in water). Add butter and peanuts. Cook and stir until syrup is a golden brown. Remove from fire. Add vanilla and soda. This will bubble up when soda is added. When well mixed, pour into well greased cookie sheet.
