3 c Loose-packed frozen hash browns
⅓ c Butter, melted
4 oz Hot Pepper Cheese or Cheddar, shredded
1 c Ham, finely diced
4 oz Gouda or Swiss Cheese
½ c Half & Half
2 Eggs
¼ tsp Seasoned Salt

Allow hash browns to thaw. Press hash browns between paper towel to remove moisture. Press hash browns into bottom and up sides of a 9" pie pan to form a crust. Drizzle melted butter over crust. Bake in a 425º oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and lower oven temp to 350º.

Toss together the ham and cheeses and place in baked crust. Beat the eggs with the cream and seasoned salt and pour over ham/cheese mixture.

Bake in 350º oven for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
