1/2 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb ground hot Italian of pork sausage

16 oz. Hot Velveeta cheese

1 16 oz. jar of favorite salsa (hot, mild, or medium)

1 bell green pepper chopped

1 big onion chopped

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

pepper to taste

Tortilla chips (unsalted)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger, sausage, onions, and bell pepper. Drain off fat.

2. Add Worcestershire sauce and salsa and heat thoroughly.

3. Cut cheese into chunks and drop into mixture a little at a time so that it melts slowly; stir constantly to keep f rom burning the cheese.

4. When all ingredients are combined and heated thoroughly through , transfer mixture to crockpot and keep on low setting to keep warm.

5. Serve with tortilla chips.
