3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
You can keep the breasts whole or cut chicken in chunks.

Dredge chicken in flour. Spray pan with Pam Cooking Spray.

Brown chicken with butter/margarine in pan for 5 minutes. Turn over and brown other side.

Remove chicken from pan. Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar. Return chicken to pan. Simmer 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook til tender (2-3 minutes). Serve whole breasts over rice or if you have made the chicken into chunks I mix the cooked rice in with the chicken. Either way this is a quick, easy and delicious meal.

This was a great recipe I usually made during the week. I want to thank Mary Ann for sharing this recipe. We worked together at Pre Paid Health Plan (PHP) in Baldwinsville, NY. We were in the OB/GYN department and she added to the great work memories there.
