Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cabbage, chop then cook. Drain well
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 cup milk
⅛ salt
⅛ pepper
2 T chopped peppers
2 T chopped pimento
6 slices crumbled bacon (or real bacon bits). (May omit)
1 cup grated cheese
Bread or cracker crumbs

Directions:

Make white sauce
Layer cooked cabbage in greased baking dish, sprinkling each with bacon, peppers f pimento
Add white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese & bread crumbs
Bake 375 for 10 minutes
