1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
¼ tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
½ cup Bisquick
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef & onion. Drain
Spread in greased pie plate
Cover with cheese
Stir remaining ingredients with fork till blended
Pour into plate
Bake 400º 25 minutes or till knife comes out clean in center
