3/4 tsp butter
2 tbls. diced onions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2/3 cop dry orzo
3/4 cup plus 2 tbls. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch black pepper
3 tbls. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until they are translucent. Add the orzo and saute for 3 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the chicken stock and simmer, stirring frequently until liquid is almost absorbed. Remove from the heat and stir in salt, pepper and cranberries.
