Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
¾ cup chicken broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1 T cornstarch
1 T vegetable oil
2 large green onions, thinly sliced
½ lb snow peas
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
10 oz frozen peas, thawed
Dill weed to taste
Salt & fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté oil, onion & snow peas on medium till crisp- tender
Add peas & artichoke hearts till warm
Pour broth & other ingredients over vegetables
Cook till thickened
Season with salt, pepper & dill
