Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
Juice of one lemon
3 cloves crushed garlic
Basil, salt & pepper
Large head cauliflower
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 ½ cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables in butter with lemon juice
Mix together with 1½ cups cheese in buttered casserole
Top with rest of cheese
Bake 350º covered 30 minutes.
