Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

2/3-3/4 Cup sugar

green food color
mint extract

6oz mint or semisweet morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff

Add the 2/3-3/4 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form

Add green food coloring and/or mint extract based off of your taste preference

Add the mint and or/chocolate morsels (6oz total) based off of your taste preference

Drop mixture by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheet

Shut off oven and leave 4-6 hours or overnight
