1Cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs

2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar
2tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients

Then, stir next four ingredients into first mixture

Roll into balls

Roll balls in mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon ingredients

Bake at 400 for 8 minutes - they will look uncooked!
