Celery stalks, washed & dried, cut into 3 inch pieces
8 oz block cream cheese
Tbsp. milk
Salt, pepper
Fresh parsley and chives
Walnuts, pecans, chopped
drained pineapple
peanut butter
crispy bacon bits
Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Whip softened cream cheese and milk. Add bacon and spices and fill celery pieces or "boats" with cream cheese mixture. Celery boats filled with peanut butter or Cheese Whiz are good too.

This is always an appetizer hit. My debut in the kitchen started with these boats when I was about 5 years old. Did you know that Celery is an old folk remedy for heartburn? And one stalk of celery contains 10 calories?
