2 oz Chicken Breast
2 1/2 oz Cheese, Ricotta, Part-Skim
2 oz Cheese, mozzarella, reduced fat
2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

Additional Notes to Ingredient List:
-2 Tbsp Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce
-This is a great dish to use up leftover chicken!
-For extra flavor, add a little Italian Seasoning (1/4 tsp= 1 condiment)

Directions:
Directions:
Take 2 oz. of cooked chicken breast and cut into pieces. Place chicken pieces in an oven safe glass dish.

Top the chicken pieces with ricotta and then the tomato basil sauce followed by a sprinkling of mozzarella.

Bake at 350F for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
