Directions:
Directions:
Flour stewing beef and then brown stewing beef in a frying pan.

Mix together in a white Pyrex casserole dish, glass baking pan or roaster:
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can mushroom soup

Add
Browned stewing beef and stir well.

Bake in oven at 350 F for 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mom uses only Golden Mushroom Soup (sold at select stores) and add about 2 tablespoons of Sour Cream.
Cooking slower is better so add cooking time and reduce heat.
Stewing beef is more expensive than purchasing a cheap roast and cutting it yourself.
