About 13 graham crackers
1 C. Unsalted butter
1 C. Brown sugar
2 C. Pecan halves roughly chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil with butter. Line the crackers breaking them where needed to make fit. Combine butter, sugar, pecans and salt in medium sauce pan over heat until mixed well, bring to a boil stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla immediately. Pour over crackers evenly to edges of pan. Bake until bubbly. Cool completely, break into pieces and serve.
