1 stick butter, melted
2 lg eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
¼ c. milk
1 c. self rising buttermilk corn meal mix
1 c. all purpose flour
½ salt
½ baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Combine butter and beaten eggs; stir in sour cream and milk. Add cornmeal, flour, salt and baking powder; mix well. Pour batter into greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake 20 - 24 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
