2 Pounds of Smoked Sausage, cut into 1 pieces
3 Cans of Black Beans (15 oz.), drained
1 Cups of Green Pepper, chopped
1 Cups of Celery, chopped
Onion And Garlic Powder to taste
2 Teaspoons of Thyme
1 Teaspoons of Oregano
1 Teaspoons of Pepper
Teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper
1 Cube of Chicken Bouillon
5 Bay Leaves
1 Can of Tomato Sauce (8 oz.)
1 Cup of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice.
