⅓ Cup of Butter
⅓ Cup of Flour
1½ Cups of Chicken Broth
1½ Cups of Milk
Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
2½ Cups of cooked Chicken, shredded or diced
1 Package of frozen Peas and Carrots, cooked
1 Package of Refrigerator Biscuits, pre-baked

Directions:

Melt butter in a deep skillet. Add flour and stir till smooth. Stir in broth and milk. Add onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Simmer 5 minutes. Top with biscuits. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Easy and quick. Can substitute with other vegetables if peas aren’t your fav.
