Directions:-We first get the food supplies we need for the dumplings -Parboil the bean sprouts in a pot -Chop all ingredients on a chopping board -Make sure to squeeze some ingredients that are wet -And then put the chopped ingredients in a bowl and mix -Then crack an egg in the bowl -Go ahead and mix everything again evenly -Scoop a spoon of the dumpling stuffing and place it in the middle of the dumpling skin -Then you use filtered water to wet the side of the dumpling skin -Fold the dumpling skin in half -Go ahead and pinch the side of the dumpling skin after folding the dumpling skin in half -Also, frill the sides as well -Then place all of your neat dumplings in a tray -You can cook the uncooked dumplings by frying them on a pan with canola oil, or you can either boil the uncooked dumplings in a pot with water until they float -After get your cooked dumplings on a plate -Optional, dip your dumplings in a soy sauce mixed with vinegar and sugar -Enjoy! |

Notes: On regular days, store bought dumplings are on dinner tables, however on special occasions like family members’ birthday, and holidays, my family gathers around the table, and starts making dumplings.
This recipe is enjoyed on special occasions in South Korea. I really enjoy eating the dumplings we make. And also you can make optional frill shapes.
