Step 1. Take burgers out of fridge; thaw to room temperature.
Step 2. In hot non-stick pan, put very little olive oil. Keep on medium heat to avoid burning.
Step 3. Place burgers on them and let them sear for one minute.
Step 4. Flip them and sprinkle some Steak powder; spread some Garlic paste and very little Soya sauce on them.
Step 5. Flip the burgers and repeat step #4 on other side.
Step 6. Place cheese slices for 1 minute only. Burgers done!
Step 7. Meanwhile, toast the buns.
Step 8. For extra yumminess, spread some mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on the toasted buns.
Step 9. Place the burger on the bun.
Step 10. Enjoy the best burgers, ever!
p.s. For an even more sumptuous burger, dice some red onions, firm but not ripe tomatoes, mushrooms and green chilies. When you remove burger, add all these to the pan and saute for one minute only with little soya sauce, garlic paste and steak powder. Assemble on top of burger! Enjoy!
