1 1/2 C sugar
1 C butter

2 eggs (use 3 eggs if doubling recipe)
1 tsp vanilla

2 3/4 C flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp salt

sugar-cinnamon to roll

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In mixer, cream butter and sugar well
Add eggs and vanilla
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl, make sure cream of tarter and soda are dispersed.
Add to creamed mixture
Scoop into 1" balls, roll in cinn-sugar, make one test cookie and add more flour if necessary.
