2 cups chopped chicken or turkey
1 cup chopped green peppers
1-8 ounce package cream cheese
1-8 ounce jar salsa
8-6 inch flour tortillas
3/4 cup Mexican cheese cut up or shredded
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir chicken, ½ cup salsa, bell pepper, and cream cheese on low until cheese is melted; spoon ⅓ cup mixture into tortilla shell; roll up. Place seam side down in 12”x18”pan baking pan. Stir cheese and milk in sauce pan on low until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Pour cheese sauce over tortillas. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
