1 medium-size sweet potato
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon marshmallow creme

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potato, but leave skin on. Poke holes on three sides with a fork to let steam escape. Wrap potato in paper towel and bake in microwave for 5 minutes.
Remove potato and wrap it in aluminum foil (you can leave paper towel on it), set on counter and allow to finish baking for about 5 minutes.
Cut potato open and slather on marshmallow creme, topped by brown sugar and cinnamon.
