2 Cream Cheese 8 oz
2 cups Sharp Cheddar
1 tbsp. Green bell pepper
1 tbsp. Onion
1 tbsp. Pimentos
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop green bell pepper, onion, and pimentos.
Combine ingredients. Shape into a ball and coat in chopped pecans. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with crackers, pretzels, pita bread or vegetables.
