2 lbs ground meat
1 c quick oatmeal (uncooked)
1 onion chopped
1 cup catsup or salsa
4 eggs beaten
1 teas salt
1 teas pepper
1 T brown sugar
1 teas celery seed
1 teas paprika
c milk
crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place into tinfoil lined loaf pans or large baking dishes. Bake until done about 40 min.
Can put catsup onto top a little before taking from oven. Lift from pans and remove tin foil from meatloaf before placing onto dish.
