8 c thin sliced yellow squash
2 c thin sliced onion
1 T salt
½ c diced green pepper
1 c cider vinegar
1 ¾ c sugar
½ teas celery seed
½ teas mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, onion, salt in arge bowl; let set for 1 hour. Combine green peppers, vinegar, sugar, celery and mustard seed in a large pot, bring to a boil; add squash and onions, boil again. Pack pickles in jars and cover with brine. Seal while hot.
