Ingredients:
Ingredients:
15.5 oz oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 lb vanilla almond bark coarsely chopped
sprinkles for decoration optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place Oreos in ziploc bag and pound with a heavy spoon until finely chopped or use food processor to crush. Place chopped Oreos in a large bowl and add the cream cheese. Stir until wellcoated.
2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment or waxpaper. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator until firm, about 30minutes. I like to freeze mine instead.
3. Place almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 60seconds and stir. Heat in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth. In lieu of microwave, you can use a double boiler system on the stove top as it prevents the coating from hardening.. Place each Oreo ball onto a fork (or toothpick) and dip into the melted almond barkuntil coated. Cover with sprinkles as desired and carefully place back onto the parchment/wax paper and chill for an additional 30minutes, or until ready to serve.
